Colombia chinchina

A very special processed coffee from Chinchina, Colombia. This coffee is from the tabi variety and is processed with a method called Mandarin washed, where dehydrated mandarins from neighboring farms are added to the anaerobic fermentation tank which gives this coffee this lovely aroma and flavor as soon as you open the bag. It is grown at altitude of 1500m in a small farm that produces a very limited quantity of coffee. The flavor notes are Mandarines, oranges, orange blossom.
