Mokka variety comes from Yemen. The beans of this variety is extremely small and interesting to roast, because of their shape and size, the roast profile is very different to other coffees. Grown at altitudes of 1550m above sea level, and processed as anaerobic natural, flavor notes of dark caramel, chocolate, and cherries shine in this delicate coffee, making a beautiful cup of coffee for pour over brews.
