This natural processed coffee of castillo, caturra, and colombia varieties was grown at altitude of 1800m above sea level, in the region of Palestina, south of Huila. Flavor notes of Pineapple and tropical fruits shine in this coffee with a very pleasant juicy acidity. We recommend a finer grind than usual for this coffee and a shorter brew time than usual to make the flavors clean and pop.
